I was motivated to contact you upon learning that the Bhutanese Community in Harrisburg has an opening for a new Project Manager. For several years I have focused my career path and academic pursuits on Early Childhood Education and completing the Bachelor of Science program with Plymouth State Univerisity. My philosophy is rooted in empowering others and creating a positive perspective of life circumstances. I have the primary skills required in my field, such as project management and collaboration, as well as a genuine and nurturing personality and a professional and ambitious approach. My skill set also includes interpersonal and time management, which are valuable skills for the Project Manager. Interacting with diverse populations has given me a thorough understanding and awareness of differences in individuals and organizations. These characteristics will contribute to the mission of the Bhutanese Community in Harrisburg while also highlighting the professionalism and competencies of its employees.
