About Me:
Tej Mishra is a Public Health Information Scientist and works for the government of the District of Columbia- Department of Health. He has a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University. Before working for the District government, Tej worked as Epidemiologist for the state of Massachusetts, and for US Navy as a contractor. Besides Epidemiology and Information Sciences, Tej has been working in the area of Mental Health Research and Intervention developments. He worked as a Research Assistant and a Research Consultant at the Harvard School of Public Health. He’s since collaborated with Researchers from McGill University and Boston College, providing consultative services in research study design, Project Implementations and Evaluations of Mental Health Research projects, and all aspects of community engagements in such Projects. Tej has volunteered as a board member and Board Chair for USAHello.
