BCH Employee: Project Pathway to Hope - Narad Adhikari

Mr. Narad Adhikari is a Bhutanese human rights activist and respected community leader in the Nepali-speaking Bhutanese diaspora. A passionate advocate for refugee rights and a vocal opponent of injustice, he brings years of experience in grassroots organizing, youth support,and mental health advocacy. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,Mr. Adhikari leads culturally grounded efforts to improve the mental well-being of refugee and immigrant populations. His work focuses on building awareness, organizing support networks,and creating safespaces for healing. In addition to his advocacy, he co-owns and operates Sylvan Learning Centers in Harrisburg and Palmyra, helping expand educational access for youth in the region.

L.B. Subba is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors at the Bhutanese Community in Harrisburg (BCH), where he brings his passion for leadership and community service to the forefront. Beyond his role with BCH, L.B. is a home-based entrepreneur and a devoted enthusiast of online business automation.
